On November 2nd, 2019, 23rd Street Records hosted their 4th installment of Illusion, an event that showcases local talent from places like Corvallis, Eugene, and Portland. At this show, each rapper threw down incredible sets. The performing artists were Jonesy, Rayvon Owens and 4-Tress from Mental Minorities, Tenen, Arii Mas, OiPuma, Jaapur, Chapstick Radford, Spacey, and more.
